Our story
We founded Mortgage Studio in spring 2017 – to listen to your needs, remove the jargon and provide personalised mortgage options. Buying a home is the most expensive lifetime purchase and it doesn’t have to be confusing and stressful.
We started providing our service in Brighton & Hove, Shoreham, Southwick and Worthing. We now also serve clients in London and beyond, helping people around the country with their mortgage needs.
We now have our own premises in Worthing – come and visit us, or send us a message.

Steve Moses
Founder & Managing Director
Steve began working in Financial Services in 2003, qualifying to advise and arrange mortgages in 2007. He worked with two high street lenders before becoming independent and ‘whole-of- market’ in 2015.
Steve has a keen interest in Financial Services and continually develops his knowledge and expertise to deliver the best and the most up to date service for you.
Steve lives with his family between Brighton and Worthing, in Sussex. When he’s not helping his clients buy the home of their dreams, he spends time with his wife and kids, keeps fit and plays beach volleyball.
Rebecca Wain
Mortgage Administrator & Trainee Mortgage Adviser
Becca is a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Administrator and is training to become a Mortgage & Protection Adviser at Mortgage Studio Ltd. She supports clients in Worthing and across Sussex throughout the mortgage and protection process, helping to keep things clear, organised and moving smoothly.
With experience as a Broker Support Executive, she built a strong understanding of the mortgage process and what it takes to help achieve the right outcome for clients. Now, as a Mortgage Administrator & Trainee Adviser at Mortgage Studio Ltd, Becca supports first-time buyers, home movers and those looking to remortgage, as well as clients considering life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection.
She is passionate about keeping her knowledge up to date as she continues her adviser training, while supporting clients with a clear, friendly and well-organised service throughout the mortgage and protection process.
Based in Worthing, Becca works with clients across Sussex and helps make the mortgage process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time with her family, her son and dog, and keeping fit through running.
Georgia Phillips
Mortgage Administrator
Georgia has worked in the financial services industry since 2017, building experience across mortgage underwriting and client support. She is CeMAP qualified (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) and previously worked as a Specialist Underwriter, giving her a strong understanding of lender criteria, mortgage applications and the wider mortgage process.
She brings a knowledgeable, calm and approachable style to her role at Mortgage Studio Ltd, helping to support clients through their mortgage journey and ensuring applications progress as smoothly as possible.
Georgia lives in Lancing with her family, two cats and a dog. When she isn’t busy running around after her son and animals, she enjoys keeping active and tries to find time for the gym or a swim.
