Our story
We founded Mortgage Studio in spring 2017 – to listen to your needs, remove the jargon and provide personalised mortgage options. Buying a home is the most expensive lifetime purchase and it doesn’t have to be confusing and stressful.
We started providing our service in Brighton & Hove, Shoreham, Southwick and Worthing. We now also serve clients in London and beyond, helping people around the country with their mortgage needs.
We now have our own premises in Worthing – come and visit us, or send us a message.

Steve Moses
Founder & Managing Director
Steve began working in Financial Services in 2003, qualifying to advise and arrange mortgages in 2007. He worked with two high street lenders before becoming independent and ‘whole-of- market’ in 2015.
Steve has a keen interest in Financial Services and continually develops his knowledge and expertise to deliver the best and the most up to date service for you.
Steve lives with his family between Brighton and Worthing, in Sussex. When he’s not helping his clients buy the home of their dreams, he spends time with his wife and kids, keeps fit and plays beach volleyball.
Rebecca Wain
Mortgage Broker
Becca is a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Broker at Mortgage Studio Ltd, helping clients in Worthing and across Sussex with clear, tailored mortgage and protection advice.
With experience as a Broker Support Executive, she built a strong understanding of the mortgage process and what it takes to secure the right outcome for clients. Now, as a mortgage broker in Worthing, Becca supports first-time buyers, home movers and those looking to remortgage, as well as advising on life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection.
She is passionate about keeping her knowledge up to date, ensuring every client receives straightforward, informed advice they can trust.
As a local mortgage broker in Worthing, Becca offers a friendly and approachable service, making the mortgage process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time with her family, her son and dog, and keeping fit through running.
Georgia Phillips
Mortgage Administrator
Georgia has been in the financial industry since 2017 with experience as a Specialist Underwriter as well as being CeMAP qualified (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice).
Georgia lives with her family, two cats and a dog in Lancing. When she isn’t running around after her son and animals, she tries to spend time at the gym or pool.
