The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven, commercially minded and client focused Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team.

If you’re someone who wants to do quality work with people who take pride in doing things properly, this could be your place. You’ll have access to consistent, high quality leads, solid systems, and full administrative and compliance support, giving you the space to focus on your clients, not the paperwork.

This is an employed, office based role offering both stability and the freedom to earn well above market average.

What You’ll Get

£22,500 basic salary
50% commission on net procuration and client fees banked
Realistic OTE £40,000–£60,000+ (uncapped)
Leads provided and full admin/compliance support
Modern CRM & sourcing systems
Whole-of-market access — total independence in your advice

About You

You’ll thrive here if you:

Hold CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
Have at least 6 months’ experience advising on mortgages and/or protection
Take pride in giving honest, high-quality advice
Are confident communicating and building long term client relationships
Want to grow, learn and build a sustainable career and not just chase quick wins
